I would like to thank you for the prompt and competent work your staff did on Saturday, January 28th , after someone took my scooter by mistake.

When we came out of dinner in Germany, at Epcot, at the Octoberfest, I found that my scooter was gone and there was another one left there.  It also was a Walker Scooter, so I contacted Casey at your emergency office and gave her the information on the ticket.  Casey contacted the other customer, Sanford Gillis, who was staying at the French Quarter and arranged to straighten out our problem. 

Casey did a great job and Nancy called on Sunday to confirm that both scooters were taken care of.

It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I was very nervous since my mother, who is 80, never used a scooter before.  Crystal eased my fears, helped me through the process, answered all my questions and even found ways for me to save money by informing me of your half day policies.  The scooter was the one thing that went perfectly in Disney.  She learned how to use the scooter quickly and if we hadn't gotten it, the trip would have been very different.  Although we traveled at a low season and we did notice that there were scooters available at each park, we found that just walking from our apartment to the bus/monorail and into the park was hard for her.  (We tried it one afternoon to go and see the parade.)  The walk up the ramp to the monorail back was definitely tiring.

We appreciate the wonderful assistance that you offer those who aren’t as mobile!  My mother was truly grateful for the good quality, wide, wheelchair as suggested and it worked out great.  The prompt delivery and return pick-up service at no charge to the resort was truly a positive feature in choosing your company.  It really added to the “Disney” service and we thank the hotel for suggesting we give you a call.

I have already recommended your service to some friends.

Using a full time rental ECV from you was not only less expensive but also much better than paying for one at the parks. The walk from the parking areas to the parks are usually quite long especially in the handicap parking area that does not get regular tram service. It was pretty easy taking your rental from our mini van and reducing that walk time going to and especially coming from the parks after a long day. We've been coming to Orlando for more than 20 years and this is the best I have felt after a trip. Thanks again for providing a great service.

I would like to say that the scooter was wonderful, the convenience was great having it delivered to the room and having it picked up at the end of our stay. The battery held it's charge and I never had a problem. Hopefully my next trip I will not need to use a scooter, but since I had to this trip I am very pleased to have found your company.

It was a pleasure dealing with Walker Mobility. One day we were at Disney and my wife forgot her key. Within 15-20 minutes your people were there with a new key for her. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

My Walker Mobility Scooter was, just as you told me, waiting for me when we arrived at our resort hotel. As a seventy-year-old grandma with COPD, the scooter allowed me to keep up with my children and grandchildren--often I was even leading them! I was able to take part in every event, ride, show, and restaurant that everyone else enjoyed. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. When we make a return visit--Walker Mobility will be our second reservation, right after the hotel.

Hello there All at Walker Mobility,
A thank you to you for being so dependable and responsive. When we arrived at Disney, it was apparent that my father-in-law was not going to be able to walk the parks with the rest of the family. You had someone there on Christmas Day to answer the phone and even to secure a scooter for delivery the next day. This was really above and beyond any expectations. You will always be my first choice and my first recommendation to anyone asking about support equipment. Happy Holidays whatever you celebrate and thank you again for being there.
